Who's at the Door?

The pumpkins are glowing, the sweets are ready and the floorboards creak. Then something knocks at the door, three times over, and each time the fright gets bigger: a great horned shadow on the stair, one enormous eye at the peephole, a ghost floating past the window. And each time the door opens on a neighbour in a costume that does not quite fit: a hat too tight, specs too deep, a sheet far too long. The chorus is the part to join in with: knock, knock, tiptoe, tiptoe, BOO!

In the video, all six Gogolis creep across the living room in a line until a board creaks under Nibs, Lilly fetches down the bowl of sweets, and Gambo holds a pumpkin up by the fire to throw a giant shadow on the wall. Toti tiptoes to the archway and Gambo jumps out with a BOO, and the second time Toti is ready. When everyone is safe on the sofa with a sweet each, one tiny pumpkin rolls out across the rug, the whole room jumps, and the night ends in laughing.
